Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Below is an example of waiting time charges:

Charges for Additional Stops are generally $10-25 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $10 each and stops at other towns along the way are $25. The base rate charged will be that of the furthest town with the intermediate stops charged accordingly. Stops within NYC are $10-25 depending upon distance. Stops in another county or borough will be charged based on the actual service.
Trips to/from Manhattan below 14th Street are an additional $15 added to the base rate.
Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 5:45am incur an additional $10.00 flat fee. This fee goes entirely to the chauffeur.

The Surface Transportation Charge (STC) is a surcharge calculated on the base fare to offset various increases in operational and administrative expenses such as employee payroll & benefits, Workers Compensation Insurance, vehicle insurance, licensing fees, technology & communication expenses, rent and property tax increases. These increases in costs have been included in the STC rather than increasing the base fare and hourly rate for each trip.
March 2022 UPDATE: Due to the recent steady increase in gasoline prices over the past few months, we have instituted an additional fuel surcharge. We will continue to monitor gasoline prices and other costs and reserve the right to adjust the Fuel Surcharge, upward or downward, as appropriate.
For Sedan, SUV, Transit Van, and Stretch Limousine, recommended 20% of the base fare and 20% of any waiting time and stops (if applicable).
For Luxury Sprinter and Bus, recommended 15% of the base far and 15% of any waiting time and stops (if applicable).
Cancelation Policy – Standard Sedans and SUVs
A minimum of 2 hours advance notice is required for cancelation of a reservation within a 45 mile radius of the Red Oak base in Port Chester, NY to avoid being charged in full for the trip. If the pickup location is beyond a 45 mile radius from our base in Port Chester, then cancelation must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time to avoid being charged in full for the trip.
Cancelation Policy – Stretch Limousines and Transit Vans up to 14 passengers
A minimum of 7 days advanced notice is required for cancelation if a reservation to avoid being charged in full for the trip.
