I continue to use Red Oaks as my car service because I know I can count on them to provide me with a safe and comfortable ride. The drivers are puntual, polite and personable. The cars are impeccable. John T. was my driver on my most recent ride. He not only was an excellent driver but pleasant company as well. Thanks again, Red Oaks, for the excellent service.

We utilized Red Oak transportation for our wedding. Transportation was honestly the vendor I was the most nervous about. Our venue was in a very remote area where Lyfts and Ubers are hard to come by. You hear horror stories about shuttles not arriving or communication between drivers/the company being poor. Quite frankly, my biggest fear was shuttles would leave my guests stranded without anyway to arrive. Not only were our shuttles comfortable and punctual, but Marissa/Mario and the Red Oak team went above and beyond to communicate in a timely manner, as well as give updates in real time about where the buses were and when they were on site. If you are looking for reliable wedding transportation, do yourself a favor and choose Red Oak!

Very easy to book online with quick confirmation of the booking. The car arrived on time and communication with the driver was good. Received text messages letting me know he was ready for the pick up. Clean modern car. Will be using as my regular airport car service.

Been using Red Oak for years, including for my wedding. Most recently used for a JFK pickup, and my flight ended up being delayed by hours. They tracked it all and it was a simple and assuring experience. Naz was a good driver and kind man. Always have been in clean cars.
