We very highly recommend Red Oak as your wedding transportation! My partner and I got married in March 2024, and the team at Red Oak / Leros helped make our day a lot less stressful. For our wedding, we used Red Oak as the primary transportation to shuttle the wedding party, family and guests to and from the hotel and venue. Red Oak offered a very wide variety of transportation options for us, such as the types of vehicles/shuttles, the different ways to break up the time requested for transportation and the most efficient ways to use the shuttle. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of their options, including which packages they commonly recommend for weddings, and even specifically for our hotel and venue, which they had a lot of experience with, as well as which vehicle and plan best suited our needs. The Red Oak / Leros team, and our driver, were all very professional and accessible throughout the entire process when working on organizing the specific timeline and requirements we needed. Our timeline the morning of the wedding was very tight and specific in order to get different groups of guests to the venue at a certain time, but Red Oak was able to do it all without issue. Despite multiple back and forth trips between the hotel and venue in a short period before our ceremony, Red Oak got everyone where they needed to be on time. The shuttle was pristine, our driver was great and the Red Oak team helped our day start off, and end, very smoothly. Amazing experience with Red Oak! Drivers arrived early, were friendly and accommodating, and drove safely and reliably. The bus itself was clean, outfitted with DVD players and outlets in each seat, and very comfortable. We set out for our trip at 6 am, so having an stress-free and enjoyable experience was even more appreciated. I’d definitely recommend Red Oak/Leros to anyone!

We have used red oak for a few years but this was our first time traveling with a baby. Our driver was so helpful and understanding - between installing the car seat and 1+ hour ride with a cranky baby, he was understanding and professional the entire trip. Great experience!
